The Ginza Mitsukoshi is one of the traditional department stores which have been loved over 80 years beyond generations in Ginza famous as a shopping area. It has a tourist information center for foreigners and you can get a guide map of the surrounding area. It also offers a public phone for wheelchair users, conversation boards for writing, multi-functional restrooms and universal fitting rooms. In September 2015, the number of staff members capable of foreign language services was increased to about 50.
