Ueno Park was the first designated park in Japan. In the vast area, facilities such as museums, galleries, concert halls, a zoo and centers of culture and art are located. Beautiful cherry blossoms in the park attract a large number of tourists from home and abroad in spring. Accessibility from nearby stations is well and pathways in the park are mostly flat. Restrooms with wheelchair access are located in most of the museums and galleries.
